Central Time and “Soft” Closing June 10th, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. Central Time. There will be a live feed setup at the Wichita County Community Building located in Leoti, KS starting at 8:00 A.M. Central Time and will stay open till the Auction is concluded. Bidders can register and bid online or come and bid in person.

This Auction consists of Five Quarters and One Half Section of prime Dryland CRP located Southeast of Leoti, KS.  The Sellers of Martin Heritage Farms, LLC cannot remember the last time any of this land was farmed, dating back at least 50 years.  We encourage you to go view the fields!  See how the land gently rolls, view the thick lush CRP grass, and dig in the soil and see for yourself the quality of this land!  With the CRP contacts expiring in 2025 on five quarters, and in 2026 for the other two, they are primed and ready to be broken out and turned into Cropland.

Early termination for CRP is on or after July 15th, all contracts have been verified with the FSA that they are eligible for Early Termination. With these properties set to close on July 11th, you will be just in time to take advantage of the early termination and get a jump start on preparing for spring planting in 2026.

Location: Four Miles South of Marienthal on Marienthal Rd to Rd T, turn right on Rd T and head West for 1 mile. You will be in the SE corner of the field.
