We are pleased to announce the successful sale of 1,110.04± acres of premium Dryland CRP located in Wichita County, Kansas. This highly anticipated online auction featured six individual tracts and concluded on June 10th, 2025, after an active bidding process that saw 182 total bids placed by competitive buyers.
The offering consisted of five quarter sections and one half section, all situated southeast of Leoti, KS. Many of these properties have been in long-term CRP contracts, with several tracts enrolled for decades. The high-quality silt loam soils, gently rolling terrain, and well-maintained CRP grass attracted strong interest from both local and regional buyers. With CRP contracts expiring between 2025 and 2026, the properties presented an exceptional opportunity for future crop production or continued conservation.
